What file formats do you accept?
We encourage you to use the platform that's most convenient for your projects. However, we highly recommend using Adobe PDF or Illustrator for the fastest turnaround time.
Other acceptable files include:
- JPEG File Format (.jpeg)
- Illustrator File Format (.eps)
- Tagged Image File Format (.tif)
- Photoshop File Format (.psd)
- Adobe File Format (.pdf)

What Image resolution do you require?
All vector (line) based files do not require specific resolution. All raster (dot) based files should be saved at a minimum of 150dpi for output at 100%.

How do I send files to you?
Depending on your file sizes, we recommend submitting them via:
- Email: for files under 1MB
- JET file-uploader: for files under 100MB
- CD/DVD Disc: for any file size

Can we bring in our own prints to be mounted?
Yes. We can mount on several types of materials. Please see our
full list for details.

What types of outdoor media are available?

Do we produce life-size cutouts and what types of materials are available?
Yes. We recommend our 1/2" Gator or Eco Board for optimal quality.

We offer

What is the normal turnaround for a job?
In general, most projects can be done within 2-3 working days. Depending on quantity, size, material and finishing, there can be more or less time required to turn a job around. Please check with our staff for specific timing.
