A minimum resolution of 150 dpi at the final output size is recommended. Files may be built to scale. For example, a 12" x 18" image @ 300 dpi is the same as a 24" x 36" image at 150dpi.

PDF proofs can be provided prior to printing upon request at no additional charge. Anytime we modify design at the client's request or for a production reason we'll provide a PDF proof for approval before we proceed.
Hard copy proofs can also be provided for a small fee. Pricing varies depending on the material, production process and size of the proof requested.
Most jobs can be completed within 2-3 business days. Some large, complex jobs may take additional production time. It is always a good idea to confirm the turn time when requesting an estimate on one of those "special" projects.
Need us to come by and pickup your files? No problem. Just burn your files to a CD/DVD, attach a hard copy printout and schedule a pickup by email or call our dispatch department directly at (808) 441-4344.
Our courier service is included for projects that deliver in the greater Honolulu area. Delivery is available for outlying areas with a small fee.
Delivery to neighbor islands or the mainland will be shipped via FedEx 2-day. Shipping and handling charges may apply.
